What kind of game is Cat Thief Crew?

A portrait idle RPG. You recruit cat thieves with their own weapons and skills, form a team of up to five, and battles play themselves as you sneak from an old Taiwanese neighborhood through the night market and the department store to win back stolen treasure.

Is it free? Are there ads?

It is free to download and has no ads at all. Optional in-app purchases (cans, a monthly card, a growth fund) are available; you can keep playing and progressing without buying anything.

What are the recruit odds?

On the standard banner: SSR 3%, SR 17%, R 80%. An SSR is guaranteed within 50 pulls and every 10-pull includes an SR or better. Each cat's odds are listed in the game under "Rates".

Which devices and languages are supported?

iPhone with iOS 17.0 or later. The game is in Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese and Korean.

Will I lose my progress on a new phone?

No. The game saves to the cloud automatically. Link Sign in with Apple or Google under Settings > Account and sign in with the same account on the new phone.

Do I earn anything while offline?

Yes. Your crew keeps earning gold while the game is closed, for up to 12 hours.

Can a team with no anti-air clear flying enemies?

Yes. If nobody on your team can hit the sky, flying enemies swoop down to fight up close where melee cats can reach them. Lookouts and other anti-air cats just finish them faster.
