English
Cat Thief Crew ("the game") has no ads and does not track you across other apps or websites.
- Game progress (levels, crew, gear) for cloud saves, so you can continue on a new device.
- Sign-in identifiers: when you bind Apple or Google we receive only that service's anonymous user ID — no name, email, contacts or photos.
- Purchase records: items and transaction IDs, to deliver purchases and handle refunds. Payment details are handled by Apple and never reach us.
- Server logs such as IP addresses, used only against abuse and to fix problems, kept for no more than 30 days.
- Support messages: what you write in Contact support in the game, and a reply email if you choose to leave one. Messages reach our support inbox through SendGrid, are used only to answer you, and are deleted with your account.
We do not sell or share your data for advertising or marketing. Data is stored on our servers in Singapore (DigitalOcean).
Account deletion: Settings → Account → Delete account removes your account, cloud save and bindings immediately and revokes the Sign in with Apple authorization.
The game does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact: service@rcdesign.io.
